In localit� Morcone, immerso nel verde e ad un passo dal mare, il Residence Augusto offre alla sua clientela una serie di graziosi e confortevoli appartamenti. I due monolocali ed il trilocale, sono situati al primo piano e hanno un ampia terrazza vista mare. I 4 bilocali gemelli si trovano invece a piano terra ed hanno un grazioso giardino privato antistante vista mare. Il maxi bilocale e il maxi monolocale sono indipendenti dal resto della struttura residenziale e hanno entrambi un ampia veranda e un ampio giardino circostante. Tutti gli appartamenti descritti sono vista mare e distano da questo non piu di 60 metri. Sono inoltre tutti dotati di cassaforte e di Tv color; il collegamento ad internet � permesso grazie al nostro internet point gratuito e ad una zona wi-fi che raggiunge ogni appartamento.
La propriet� ha a disposizione un vasto terreno che circonda la struttura residenziale, adibito in parte a parcheggio e, per il resto, a giardino dove � presente anche un area con barbecue per passare piacevoli serate. Di recente realizzazione  una nuova area gioco per i vostri bambini. A vostra disposizione anche una zona adibita a lavanderia. L'ampiezza della campagna circostante e la vicinanza al mare, rendono tranquillo e al tempo stesso incantevole questo luogo, peraltro vicinissimo a Capoliveri, paese suggestivo ed antico, non ch� vivace centro turistico ricco di intrattenimenti. Un servizio di navetta ogni estate, fino a tarda sera,  collega Morcone con il paese.  E' possibile, inoltre effettuare visite guidate alle Miniere del paese, meta ormai di molti turisti che al piacere di godersi un mare bellissimo desiderano unire quello delle escursioni.

Residence Augusto is set in the middle of a luxurious nature and situated a few metres from the beach of Morcone. It offers its guests a series of large and comfortable apartments recently renovated, composed of one to three rooms and offering lodging for two to five people.
Each of the apartments on the first floor of the main building has its own large balcony. The ground floor apartments dispose of spacious private terraces. The two biggest apartments are set apart from the main structure and are provided with large partially covered terraces and surrounded by the spacious garden.
All the apartments offer sea-views and are equipped with safes and colour-tv.
The residential structure belongs to a large propriety, including a private parking place. The main part of the propriety is composed of a huge garden, with a barbecue and a children playground area at disposal of the guests. The Residence is also equipped with an internet point and wi-fi zone; in the reception there is a washing machine at your disposition. The majesty of the surrounding countryside landscape and the proximity of the sea make Morcone and Residence Augusto an enchanted and quiet place. However, the nearest town of Capoliveri, a beautiful and typical antique village, provides the tourists with all sorts of entertainments. Every summer a bus service links Morcone and Capoliveri till late at night. Moreover it is possible to visit the old mines or go trekking in the countryside.

Im Ortsteil Morcone, mittem im gr�nen und ein paar Schritte vom Meer entfernt, bietet das Residence Augusto seiner Kundschaft eine Reihe von sch�nen und komfortablen Apartments. Zwei Eizimmerapartments f�r zwei Personen und ein Dreizimmerapartment f�r 4-5 Personen befinden Sich im ersten Stock, und bieten eine Terrasse mit Meerblick. Im Erdgeshoss befinden sich 4 Zweizimmerwohnungen und haben einen netten privaten Garten mit gegen�berliegendem Meerblick. Die Maxi Zweizimmerwohnung und die Maxi Einzimmerwohmung sind unabh�ngig vom Rest der Struktur und haben beide eine grosse Veranda, und einen weit umliegenden Garten. Alle beschriebenen Apartments haben Meerblick und liegen nicht weiter als 60 meter davon entfernt. Sie haben auserdem ein Schliessfach un einen Farbfernseher. Der Besitz hat einen grossen Bereich der die Wohnstruktur umkreist, ein Teil wird als Parkplatz verwendet, und der rest ist Garten, wo sich auch ein Bereich fuer Barbecue und nette Abende befindet. Seit neuem gibt es auch einen Spielplatz f�r eure Kinder. Eine Internet Verbindung ist m�glich dank bei unserem kostenlosen Internet Point unt wi-fi zone. Zu eurer verfuegung stheht  auch eine waschmaschine.
Das Umliegende land und die n�he des Meeres machen diesen Ort ruhig und trotzdem bezaubernd. Das ganze befindet sich in der n�he von Capoliveri Antikes und faszinierendes Dorf, als auch lebhaftes Turisten Zentrum reich von unterhaltungen. Jeden Sommer gibt es bis sp�t abends einen kleinen Bus der Morcone mit dem Dorf verbindet. Es ist ausserdem m�glich f�hrungen zu den Bergwerken zu machen, ziel inzwischen vieler die Meer und Exkursionen verbindet m�chten.

Les appartements situ�s au premier �tage de la structure principale disposent chacun d�une ample terrasse. Les appartements situ�s au rez-de-chauss�e poss�dent �galement une grande terrasse priv�e. Enfin, les deux plus grands appartements sont ind�pendants de la structure principale et sont dot�s de spacieuses terrasses en partie couvertes et entour�s par le jardin. Tous les appartements sont avec vue sur la mer, distante d�une soixantaine de m�tres. Ils sont en outre dot�s de coffre fort et de t�l�vision couleur. La structure r�sidentielle se trouve au centre d�un large terrain priv�, dont une partie � �t� emm�nag�e en parking. Le reste de la propri�t� est compos� d�un vaste jardin, o� sont entre autres � disposition des h�tes un barbecue et une aire de jeux pour enfants. A la Residence es �galement disponibles un point internet et un wi-fi zone. A la r�ception il ya une machine � laver � votre disposition.
La beaut� et l�ampleur de la nature alentour, ainsi que la proximit� de la mer font de cet endroit un lieu � la fois tranquille et enchanteur. De plus la localit� de Morcone se trouve tout pr�s de Capoliveri, l�un des villages les plus beaux et plus antiques de l��le, mais �galement centre touristique riche en divertissements et animations. Chaque �t� un service de bus relie Morcone � Capoliveri jusqu�� environ 1h du matin. Il est �galement possible de visiter les anciennes mines ou d�effectuer des excursions, ou encore d�allier les plaisirs culturels � ceux de la mer.
