SOGGIORNI: possibilmente da Sabato a Sabato con partenza entro le ore 10:00
SERVIZI INCLUSI: consumi di acqua, luce, gas e pulizie finali.
SERVIZI ESCLUSI: biancheria a richiesta: prezzo variabile a seconda dell'appartamento - Servizio trekking - escursioni con la nostra guida privata.
Regolamento del Residence:
1)Animali Ammessi solo di piccola taglia e a seconda dell'appartamento al riguardo idoneo, destinato al cliente. NESSUN COSTO AGGIUNTO.
2)In caso di arrivi ritardati o di partenze anticipate non � previsto il diritto di rimborso, a meno che non si riesca ad affittare nuovamente i giorni perduti.
3)E' opportuno avvisare la direzione del Residence in caso di arrivi ritardati in quanto la mancata occupazione dell'alloggio entro le 24 ore dal giorno dell'arrivo, senza preavviso ,appunto, equivale alla rinucia della locazione e perdita della caparra.
E'd'obbligo lasciare l'appartamento entro le ore 10,00 del giorno di partenza mentre la consegna dell'appartamento destinato al cliente avviene entro le ore 15,00 - 15,30 del giorno di arrivo salvo che gli appartamenti siano già pronti per essere occupati prima dell'ora sopra indicata.
Regole Prenotazioni:
Le prenotazioni vengono confermate una volta accertato l'invio della caparra. La caparra corrisponde al 30% del costo totale dell'affitto e puo' essere inviata mediante vaglia postale o bonifico bancario. In entrambi i casi, per velocizzare la conferma della prenotazione, si richiede, una volta inviata la caparra, di inviare tramite fax o allegato email, la ricevuta del pagamento.
Questa � una sicurezza sia nostra sia del cliente!
OSSERVAZIONE IMPORTANTE!
Ci teniamo a precisare che nei nostri prezzi � tutto compreso!! Non ci sono supplementi per pulizie, eventuali letti aggiunti, cauzioni danni,animali, etc etc...
L'unico supplemento � dovuto in caso di richiesta di biancheria.
Come Raggiungerci:
In qualsiasi porto siete sbarcati, seguite le indicazioni per Capoliveri. Generalemte sbarcando a Portoferraio si impiegano circa 15-20 minuti per raggiungere il paese. Transitando davanti al Municipio, all'entrata del paese, proseguite dritto alla rotatoria che troverete di fronte. Raggingerete cosi' loc. Morcone dopo circa 3 km.
Vedrete cosi' alla vostra destra il Residence Augusto

La nostra guida vi porter� attraverso la macchia mediterranea sui sentieri dell�isola o tra i vicoli dei bei paesi tipici, tra natura, storia e tradizioni. Lontani dalla folla dell�estate, l�isola si sveler� per voi in tutta la sua autenticit�.

RESIDENCE AUGUSTO - ICH REGELE
Aufenthalte: moeglichst von Samstag bis Samstag mit abfahrt vor 10:00 uhr.
Einbegriffene service : wasser, licht, gas und endputz.
Ausgeschlossene service : bettwaesche bei anfrage: preis abhaengig vom apartment.
Ich regele des Residence:
1)Tiere sind nur kleiner groesse erlaubt und abhaengig vom kunden zugewiesenem apartment. KEINE EXTRA KOSTEN.
2)Im falle von vaerspaetungen oder frueherem abreisen ist keine erstattung vorgesehen, ausser man kann das apartment in den verlorenen tagen neu vermieten.
3)Es ist noetig im fall der verspaetung die Direktion des anwesens zu informieren, da das apartment nach 24 stunden verspaetung der ankunft ohne ankuendigung zum verlust des apartments und der anzahlung. Es ist obligatorisch das apartment vor 10:00 uhr zu verlassen. Die aushaendigung des apartments fuer den kunden ist normalerweise gegen 15:00 uhr.
Reservierungen:
Die reservierungen werden nach der anzahlung bestaetigt. Die anzahlung ist 30% des gesamten kostens der vermietung und kann ueber bank/postanweisung geschickt werden. In beiden faellen um den prozess zu verschleunigen wird geraten nach der anzahlung eine email oder ein fax mit der quittung.
Diese ist eine sicherheit fuer uns und unsere kunden.
Wie sie uns erreichen:
Sobald ihr auf der insel Elba seit, egal von welchem hafen, m�sst die strasse nach Capoliveri folgen.
Sobald ihr dort angekommen seit m�sst ihr vom Rathaus richtung kreisverkehr den schildern nach Morcone folgen, das 3 km davon entfernt ist.

We accept trips in the months of April, May and October
Regulations of the Residence:
1) animals Admitted only of small ransom and according to the apartment destined to the client.
2) the delayed arrivals or the anticipated departures don't involve some right of reimbursement, if we don't succeed in again renting the lost days.
3) Please note that you ought to notify the direction in case of late arrival. If your accommodation is left unoccupied for more than 24 hours from the expected arrival date and the direction has not been advised of delayed arrival, they will consider that the customer renounces the renting and the advance deposit will not be refunded.
It is compulsory to leave the apartment by 10.00 AM on departure day.
On arrival you will be given access to your apartment by 15.00 PM.

When you have Reached the country of capoliveri, in proximity of the town hall you will find some street indication for the place of Morcone where there and' the Residence Augusto. When you will arrive next to the beach on the right there and' our Residence.

Si le logement n'est pas occup� end�ans les 24 heures � partir du jour d'arriv�e pr�vu et que la direction n'a pas �t� pr�venue du retard, celle-ci consid�rera que le client renonce � la location et les arrhes vers�es pour l'appartement ne seront pas rembours�es.
Il est obligatoire de lib�rer l'appartement avant 10h00 le jour du d�part. Lors de votre arriv�e votre appartement vous sera confi� au plus tard � 15h00.
R�servations:
Les r�servations sont confirm�es une fois re�ue la preuve de l'envoi des arrhes. Les arrhes correspondent � 30% du prix total de la location et peuvent �tre envoy�es par mandat postal ou par virement bancaire. Dans les deux cas, pour pouvoir confirmer au plus vite la r�servation, nous vous demandons d'envoyer par fax ou par mail le re�u du paiement d�s que celui-ci a �t� effectu�.
Ceci constitue une garantie autant pour nous que pour le client!
REMARQUE IMPORTANTE!
Nous tenons � pr�ciser que tout est inclus dans nos prix!!
Il n'y a pas de suppl�ments pour le nettoyage, d'�ventuels lits suppl�mentaires, de caution anticip�e pour d'�ventuels d�g�ts, ou pour les animaux, etc...

Notre guide vous entra�nera � travers le maquis m�diterran�en sur les sentiers de l��le ou dans les ruelles des petits villages typiques, entre nature, histoire et traditions. Loin de la cohue de l��t�, l��le se d�voilera pour vous dans toute son authenticit�.
Comment nous rejoindre
Une fois arriv�s � l'�le d'Elbe (vous d�barquerez probablement � Portoferraio), dans tous les cas suivez les indications pour Capoliveri. Une fois arriv�s au village, devant la mairie (municipio) continuez vers le rond-point et suivez les panneaux
sur 3 km jusqu'� Morcone.
